Basements are under grade for the most part and therefore have issues with moisture. Because we use metal framing, you no longer need to worry about mold, water damage, bugs or the warping of 2 x 4 wood studs! Not to mention we can frame your basement in half the time of conventional wood framing!
Some of our features:
- We insulate all outside walls with R-13 Kraft face insulation which is a paper backing that works as a vapor barrier while letting your new walls breath.
- While doing your basement remodel, we use only licensed Professionals to install the electrical work and plumbing.
- Brush textured drywall or acoustical drop ceilings.
- Doors, trim, bathroom tile, shower door, painting of walls, toilets & sinks, etc...
- Custom bars, built in cabinets and kitchen spaces.
